Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.chabliquecosmetics@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
